Teeth whitening offer
Every patient must have a comprehensive examination to determine suitability for whitening before any whitening offer applies.
No gap offer
The relevant item code must have a sufficient rebate allocated to it, otherwise payment in full is required. Patients must present their private health insurance card before and after treatment; without a current insurance card, the no-gap offer does not apply and full payment becomes necessary. Temporary insurance cards are not accepted.
